  • Avoid taking aspirin or other blood thinners for 10 days – subject to the approval of your General Practitioner
  • You may drink and eat normally before the procedure, but avoid alcohol for 48 hours prior to treatment
  • Inform your practitioner prior to the procedure if there have been any changes in your medical condition or if you have started any new medication
